When Veronica and Peter decided to create and manage short term rentals, the first thing they agreed upon was that they would never offer a guest a place to stay that they wouldn’t stay in themselves. In fact, during the design process for each property, they spent several days and nights living in the spaces to get a feel for what their guests would be experiencing. This made them more confident that every guest would feel like they were getting something special by staying in one of their properties.
Another important decision was to make each property completely unique in it’s design style. To that end, each home tells a different story and allows guests to step into a different place and time that is unlike anything else they can find elsewhere.
On a more personal level, this is how Peter describes his life with Veronica; “Veronica and I met on an online dating service, back in 2013. We have rarely been apart since our first date. I’m the outspoken (sometimes loud) New Yorker and she’s the laid back, always sweet, California girl. For years, we produced live theater and managed rental properties in Los Angeles. We live in “The Valley” with our 3 crazy and lovable dogs, Delilah, Henry and Norman.
