Peter and Veronica were excellent hosts! They were very communicative and sent detailed instructions ahead of the stay that made checking in and out really smooth. The apartment itself was beautiful and clean with a well-stocked kitchen. It was located perfectly for exploring downtown LA and attending an event at the Shrine Auditorium near USC.

What a wonderful to stay. Beautifully decorated and warm and inviting. Easy walking distance to the convention center. Easy access to garage. I truly loved staying at this apartment. We had a wonderful stay and felt safe and secure in this location. Will definitely look to trying to book this place again the next time we’re in town for a convention.

This apartment is perfectly appointed and located. Appliances are modern. Things like paper towels, etc. as well as Keurig coffee pods and snacks were provided. Good for a few days, no need to immediately go grocery shopping. A few blocks easy walking to plaza. Peter had great outreach to provide instructions and assure all was well, and promptly responded to a couple of our questions. Comparatively higher price, but "you get what you pay for." Easy to recommend this place, and we hope to stay here again on the next visit.

I would like to thank Peter for letting my 3 boys and myself stay in his beautiful apartment. We had so much fun there. It is a great location, and you have everything you need. From a nice fully stocked kitchen to a washer and dryer. The best part is the rooftop pool! The boys and I made sure to make it back to the apartment so we could view the sunset from the jacuzzi both nights we stayed there. We will definitely be returning back to this location if Peter allows us to. Thanks again for the memories the boys and myself made on this trip.

Fantastic spot and even better Host! Peter and Veronica's place was exactly what I needed. An incredible vibe and the location is perfect! I am a local here in LA and needed to a break from everyday life. After my other place fell through last minute. I stumbled across Peter & Veronica's place, and it did not disappoint! In fact, it exceeded expectations. They were very accommodating, responsive and friendly. All instructions were clear. The building felt very safe and the rooftop view at night was spectacular! Great restaurants and bars all around! Fantastic location! For those travelling out of town? It's DTLA. Just keep your head on a swivel! Till Next time!

This Airbnb is a two story townhouse with two bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 baths. The location is superb...on the Arizona Biltmore grounds and within an easy walk to the hotel. The gated community has a swimming pool, tennis courts, and I believe a gym (I didn't use it). Parking is either in a garage attached to the townhouse or in a covered garage nearby.
There are three outdoor seating areas and a grill.
The home is beautifully furnished...and the furniture is comfortable. Big screen TV's in the living room and in both bedrooms.
Bottom line: This is a high-end accommodation. We stayed 17 nights.
